Happy Tuesday everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and weekend! I’m so sorry I’ve missed an entire week of posts, but I’ve been crazy busy lately. My friend and I are moving into a new house but it needs some adjustments before we move so I’ve been over there almost every day getting it ready. There’s still so much work to be done, but I don’t want to continue to neglect bringing you all new content! But, I hope you remain patient with me as this is a huge step in my life and I want to make sure I give it my complete focus. I’m also creating a room that will be my own little blogging space, so I’ll definitely do a showing of that for you all once it’s done!
For now though, let’s talk about this super-cute Old Navy shift dress!
I got this dress for Fourth of July and I was so happy I did! It’s beyond comfortable and perfect for a relaxing day with family and friends. It’s definitely one of those perfect day-dresses that you can just slip on and do your daily routine while still looking chic. I was looking for something to wear that’s easy and comfortable, and this dress definitely hit those points. I also like how it’s not over-the-top patriotic so that I can still get plenty of use out of it even after the festivities. It definitely runs large, so I would suggest sizing down. I’m usually a small but had to get an extra small, and even the extra small is still pretty roomy. It’s under $45 and, as I said, beyond perfect for those busy summer days.
I hate to cut this post short, but I have to be on my way to the house to start painting. I’m super excited to get some color on the walls and to show you all the finished product. Greg gets home in about a week, so having his help around the house will be a huge win! I’ll be bringing some new content to you all very soon I promise. I went on a huge shopping binge and have tons of new stuff on the way!
