Happy Tuesday loves! I’m starting to get more of a schedule for my blog (finally!). I’ve decided that every Sunday will be a Skincare Sunday post, Tuesday will be an outfit post, and Thursday will be a weekly chat post. I’m really excited to share my first weekly chat with you all! I’ve been wanting to do more lifestyle posts for my readers anyway, and I thought a ‘weekly chat’ segment will be the perfect way to do it. Weekly chat’s will be composed of blogging tips, travel guides, advice columns or whatever exciting thing is happening in m life at that time! I’ve been working super hard on planning all of this for you all, and I’m so excited to finally launch it this Thursday!
But until then, let’s talk about this stunning dress from Macy’s!
When I first saw this dress I knew I had to have it. The colors are absolutely stunning, and have you seen the print!? I’ve been obsessing over off-the-shoulder dresses lately and had to add this to my collection! The length is great. I’m not too keen on short dresses just because of flashbacks of the wind blowing up my dress… I am also much more comfortable in a longer dress. And comfort is everything to me when it comes to fashion. It’s so easy to tell when I’m uncomfortable and then I just look awkward (i.e me in heels every. single. time). This dress hits a couple of inches above the knee which is the perfect length. I also love the little bow detail on the sleeves. I think it adds a little extra to an already amazing dress! I’m also just totally head over heels for the color. I know I mentioned it in the beginning of this spiel, but the burnt orange is perfect for summer! I’m also a sucker for a good flower print and I love that this one isn’t too overwhelming, but definitely adds some feminine flare to the dress. I wear a size small for reference and the dress is under $50!
You’ve heard me talk about my heels in numerous posts. I can’t help it, I’m totally swooning over them! But for a recap, they’re still the most comfortable heels I own and they’re still on sale for $60. I’m telling you, not only are they themselves the perfect color and go with everything, they also come in two other colors that go with everything! And for just $60, they’re a shoe you’ll have for a ton of seasons and will be able to wear with countless outfits!
Alright friends, I’ve shared my outfit details under the last photo, and I’ll also include some more off-the-shoulder pieces I’m currently into! See you Thursday for my first Weekly Chat post!
