Happy Saturday everyone!! I know it’s been a while since I’ve written, but last week was the busiest week I feel. It’s really because Greg has been busy taking the biggest test of his life all week and my attention has been solely on him. But now that the test is over (and he passed, yay Greg!), I can finally get back to focusing on the blog.
This sweater by Free People is oversized and super comfortable. For those of you that have been following me for a long time, you know I love my oversized sweaters. This one is nice and slouchy. The material makes it a bit heavy, but I think it gives it a nice look. It’s also open-knit, so, as you can probably tell from the pictures, there’s a lot of space in between the…knitting I guess you would say? That just means this sweater would be way too cold for Cape Cod winters, but for summer? I will be having this on constant repeat with some denim shorts. Unfortunately, this gorgeous coral color isn’t in stock anymore, but there is a sand color still available at 40% off! I’m wearing a size small for reference.
Now can we talk about these amazing shoes by Hinge!? I fell in love with these a while back, so when I was at Nordstrom the other day and saw them on sale, you know I snatched them up right away. The thick wood-block heel makes them extremely easy to walk in. And the chestnut color is absolute perfection. They seriously go with everything. I love pairing them with tons of dresses. The best part is, they’re on sale for $60! Which, as far as I’m concerned, is such a steal for great heels. They’re a suede material, so not the best for wearing in the rain, but you will see me wearing these all summer. They also come in black and taupe, both of which are super cute as well. I’ve honestly been thinking about going back and getting the taupe color, ha! You better scoop them up quick though, because they’re selling out pretty quick!
I really want to come up with a better schedule for my posts, and I need your help! I need to come up with a day or two during the week that works for everyone. So, if you have any insight as to when the best day(s) of the week are for me to post, please comment below! I will also be starting up Skincare Sunday next Sunday, and those will be biweekly skincare posts. I know, I was supposed to start last Sunday, but my week got so hectic I couldn’t find the time to work on it! But I promise, next Sunday!
Have a fabulous rest of the week everyone! Greg and I are off to the South Shore Country Fest today because we got some free tickets!
