It’s almost the end of the week! Woo! I’ve been super busy packing and getting ready for my 4-week adventure. I feel so terrible, though, because I promised you all I would spend way more time on my blog during this winter break I have, and I haven’t been and for that, my sincerest apologies. I really do love writing my blog for all of you and I adore when people tell me that they’re a fan of my blog, I am just so busy all the time it’s hard to find the time to write. But I won’t give up on it! It’s something I love to do, and something I love sharing with all of you.
Anyway, if you read my last few blog posts, I will be leaving on Monday for Florida for a week and then jetting to Barbados and then I will be on a ship for school going to St. Thomas and Ft. Lauderdale. Being on the ship is for school, but it’s also like a mini vacation. For those three weeks, unfortunately, I won’t have any service on my phone or wifi for my computer to do blog posts for you. I’m going to try my best to queue some posts for you so that you have some Beautifully Classic content to read while I’m away, but no promises. I’m a very live-in-the-moment person, which is great, but it makes me a terrible blogger because I always forget to snap a picture. But I do promise that I will be posting tons of content on my Instagram to see all of the fun stuff I’ll be doing and all of the trouble I’ll be getting into! (Just kidding…sort of). I’m so excited for my trip, and even more excited to share it with all of you, so be sure to follow along!
So first, let’s talk about this scarf! I’m in love with blanket scarfs. I mean, living on Cape Cod during the winter you kind of have to be. I really love the colors of this one because they go with so much, and it’s so comfy! You can also get 20% off using my code beautifullyclassicblog20! Ilymix has a bunch of different colors and patterns too that you can choose from if you’re not a big fan of this one. I’m also wearing one from Ilymix in my post about blanket scarves. Told you I’m obsessed…
I really love this oversized sweater from H&M. I wish I could find the exact sweater online, but unfortunately it’s hard to find the same items online as in stores, so they may still have this exact sweater in stores. I’m wearing a size small for reference (it’s definitely oversized) and I linked a couple of similar ones for you, though. This sweater is unbelievably warm too, it’s so cozy and perfect for those cold winter days.
I love Hunter Boots. I got a pair for Christmas last year and wore them all the time in the snow. They’re not very good for keeping your feet warm though, so boot socks are definitely worth purchasing. They’re also an iconic rain boot that’s never going out of style, so if you’re looking to splurge on a well made, stylish pair of rain boots, Hunter boots are the way to go. But really, the boot socks are imperative.
I hope you all have a fantastic rest of the week and weekend! Again, I’ll be leaving Monday for four weeks, so be sure to follow me on Instagram so that you can follow along on my tropical getaway!
