Smoothies are a great way to get in your daily intake of fruits and vegetables when you’re sick of constantly eating salads. I love throwing in a handful of kale or spinach into one of my fruit based smoothies because it makes it so much healthier but doesn’t take away the delicious taste. Here are some of my favorite smoothie recipes that are quick and easy to make with a time consuming schedule – or when you just want a delicious snack!
